Welcome to Ladysmith Middle & High School!

Serving approximately 400 students in grades 6–12, our school is dedicated to fulfilling the district’s mission: To empower ALL students to achieve their best. We recognize that success looks different for every student, and we are committed to supporting each individual on their unique path to growth. At Ladysmith Middle & High School, we work in partnership with students and families to help every learner reach higher levels of achievement and fulfill our vision:

I bring over 18 years of experience as a teacher and administrator. After graduating from Oconto High School, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Music Education from St. Norbert College. I began my career as the Band Director at Ladysmith High School, where I taught for 15 years before stepping into the role of Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. In August 2025, I was honored to be named Interim Principal at Ladysmith Middle & High School.

Ladysmith is more than just a place where I work—it’s my home. I have a deep love for this community and a strong commitment to helping everyone improve every day, no matter how small the steps may be.

In addition to my undergraduate degree, I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Concordia University in Mequon.

The success of our school is made possible by the incredible people who support it. Our dedicated staff work hard to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student. We are fortunate to have a generous and engaged community, including parents, volunteers, and partners who give their time, talents, and resources to help our students thrive.
