Welcome to Ladysmith Middle & High School!

Serving approximately 380 students in grades 6–12, our school is dedicated to fulfilling the district’s mission: To empower ALL students to achieve their best. We recognize that success looks different for every student, and we are committed to supporting each individual on their unique path to growth. At Ladysmith Middle & High School, we work in partnership with students and families to help every learner reach higher levels of achievement and fulfill our vision:

I bring more than 19 years of experience in education as both a teacher and administrator. After graduating from Oconto High School, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from St. Norbert College. I began my career as the Band Director at Ladysmith High School, where I taught for 15 years before transitioning into the roles of Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. In August 2025, I was honored to be named Interim Principal of Ladysmith Middle & High School, and in April 2026, I was officially appointed Principal.

Ladysmith is more than just the community where I work—it is my home. I have a deep appreciation for this community and a strong commitment to helping students, staff, and families grow and improve every day, no matter how small the steps may be.

In addition to my undergraduate degree, I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon.

The success of our school is made possible by the incredible people who support it. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student. We are also fortunate to have a generous and engaged community of parents, volunteers, and partners who contribute their time, talents, and resources to help our students thrive.
